Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this characterful Edwardian 'B & B' nestled at the top of a hill in San Francisco's Pacific Heights. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and boasted delightful window seats to enjoy the neighborhood views each morning. The service was incredibly welcoming and helpful, although I did hear about a guest's unfortunate experience with rudeness. The location is ideal for exploring the city if you don't mind a bit of a walk, and the dining options, while decent, had some room for improvement.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a charming touch of historic decor, though some maintenance is needed. The service was exceptional, with genuinely caring and helpful staff. The location at the top of a hill in Pacific Heights allowed for easy access to the bustling streets of Fillmore and Union. The dining, while continental, offered a good selection but could improve in variety. Overall, a great value for the price.
